As shown above, I have over 17 years of invaluable Real Estate experience that very few in my industry achieve. I have successfully negotiated and closed over 125 transactions with a net worth of over $175 million. In 2013, I was accepted to Top Agent Network, a prestigious online network of Brokers/Agents, whose membership is reserved only for the Top 10% of Realtors in the region. Similar to a “Facebook” for top agents, this network gives me access to many off-market opportunities the general public would normally not see.

I heavily embrace social-media to market all my Real Estate listings. Websites such as YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Zillow/Trulia offer agents the opportunity to expand into other social spheres we couldn’t achieve with print-media alone. I work closely with an investment company and have identified 25+ distressed properties with the intention of rehabilitating and selling them. Our goal is to achieve a minimum ROI of 15%-20% within 6-8 months. I implement value-added and cost-effective ideas to all home renovations. My current responsibilities include the following:
